30-day refund policy

KIMARA offers a 30-Day Money Back Policy across all jewelleries for unused, unworn items– No questions asked! Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 4-5 days to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 


  • Refunds may take 4-5 billing cycles to appear on your KIMARA Cash account. You may choose to either make another purchase using the same or get the amount refunded to your bank account. 
  • For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account. For direct transferring into a bank account, it will take around 4-5 working days. 
  • For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).

In case of non-serviceable pin codes, the customer is responsible for returning the jewellery to our warehouse and will receive Rs.50 towards shipping charges with their refund.


Note - In case you have received a defective product, please inform us within 3 days to get the exchange. For further information, please look at damaged product section)

What will we ask on Refund? 

We believe in CARE - Customers Are Really Everything. And we want to make the process as hassle free as possible for you. 


Pack your product with these three things, and whatever your reasons for refund are, we are giving you a full refund. 


  1. KIMARA Kit and Authentication Certificate 
  2. Product purchase slip and any additional tags attached with it. 
  3. Original product, unused and unworn. 

Please make sure you wrap the product properly, leaving no space for damage. 


Damaged Product - Exchange Policy 


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@kimara.in with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Please do it under 3 days or else KIMARA is not responsible for the damaged product. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.


Once the team goes through your grievance and holds it true, we will exchange the product and get you a new one within 15 days.  We will not charge anything extra for Shipping. 


Note 1: In case you have received an empty box, it comes under the defective product section, please inform our support team within 3 days of receiving the product.

Exchange Policy 

As of now KIMARA  doesn’t offer any exchange policy on jewellery sold.

  1. What are valid reasons for a refund?

KIMARA offers no questions asked, 30-day refund policy for unused, unworn products. So if you received a product and are not happy with it for whatever reasons you can refund it to us within 30 days. However if you have received a damaged product please inform us within 3 days. 

  1. What is a no questions asked refund policy?

No questions asked means you don’t owe us any explanation why you want a full refund on your feedback. However, complimentary feedback is always appreciated. 

  1. I returned my product but did not get a refund. What can I do? 

For refund money to show in your Bank account/KIMARA wallet, it can take upto 4-6 days. However in case of any query, please drop a mail at support@kimara.in

1. When will the replacement arrive?

We send your replaced product once we get the defective product back in the warehouse. In general it can be as fast as 6-7 days or can take up to 15 days. 

2. Do I need to pack the box?

Yes you need to pack the box and make sure you are sending back all the necessary items with the package. 

3. Will I get a call when the return person comes home?

Yes, the shipping team will drop your call. Also you will be getting SMS and mail from our side. 

4. What is the mode of payment for refund? 

The money will be refunded in your KIMARA wallet. You can use the money to make other purchases or refund it back to your bank account. Further in case of COD, the money will get refunded in your provided bank account. 

5. I have received an empty box, what can I do? 

We are sorry that this happened, it’s very rare that our packaging team forgets to pack a product. In this case, we would like you to drop a mail at support@kimara.in within three days. 

6. I returned my product, when will I get the replacement? 

It can take up to 15 days, please be patient, the shipping team, packaging team and even the founder team are working to get it as fast as possible to you. 

7. Can I exchange the product I have already purchased from KIMARA? 

Sorry, Kings and Queens, KIMARA doesn’t give an exchange policy as of now. If we start an exchange policy in future, we will let you all know. 

8. Can I ask for a refund for the damaged product? 

Yes you absolutely can! KIMARA promises you the best quality products, and we never want our consumers to compromise on quality. 

9. Can I change the mode of payment for refund?
